Introductory Classes

  • For ages 4 and under. The parent will take class with their dancer to get them acclimated to dance class, while spending time moving and grooving together!

  • For ages 4 and under. This introductory class focuses on getting dancers comfortable with moving and having fun!

  • For ages 4-6. These introductory classes help dancers build confidence and understanding for movement. Dancers will learn how to take class with others in the style of ballet and tap.

  • For ages 10-18. This introductory class is for new dancers who may not have started dance so early, or who want to try different styles before committing to a certain class.

Leveled Classes

  • For ages 6-18. Ballet is a historically rich and classical style. Dancers will learn ballet positions, steps, technique and terminology.

  • For ages 6-18. These styles originate from the modern technique. Dancers will focus on learning to be expressive with their movement.

  • For ages 6-18. Hip-Hop is a historically fun and social form of dance. Dancers will use isolations, popping, locking and learn to groove their bodies in different ways.

  • For ages 6-18. Jazz was one of the first styles of dance created. Dancers will learn stylistic technique to a more upbeat and joyful demeanor.

  • For ages 6-18. Tap is a very popular and historic form of dance. Dancers will learn tap technique and how to use rhythm to help them dance with music.

  • For ages 6-18. Technique is in addition to regular dance classes. This class will deepen dancers technical abilities and strengthen their bodies to progress their leaps and turns.

  • For ages 6-18 in the styles listed above. Competitive dance is in addition to regular dance classes. This extra commitment allows dancers to travel and be part of a team that competes group dances, trios, duets and/or solos.

    An audition will take place to determine if dancers are ready to dance competitively.

Adult Classes

  • For ages 18+. Zumba is a latin-inspired, upbeat class. This class is fitness focused and is easy to follow along to keep you moving.

  • For ages 18+. Yoga is a meditation focused practice. Through lighter movements and poses, the body stays moving to release stress.

  • For ages 18+. Pilates is low impact and focuses more on deepening your core and body strength.

*Adult classes will come in multiple levels, beginners, retired dancers or even professionals are all welcome!
